Marion stuck with me following a previous disaster with a contractor. I live on a steep hill, and the wild winter storms took down my fence and retaining wall. The process of getting a building permit was long and exhausting, but Marion never gave up on getting the project going before the next year of even more record breaking rain and wind storms.
